The company founded in 2013 in Campobasso has its roots in the experience of the founding members who have been producing and consuming gluten-free foods for about 20 years.
We love good food and we believe that even a diet therapy diet must be rich in taste, colors and flavors without accepting compromises.
The company plant, about 2400 square meters completely immersed in greenery, is entirely dedicated to the production of gluten-free foods. The raw materials are naturally gluten-free and the products are certified by the Ministry of Health, the Brc system and the Ifs system. These certifications require systems for the analysis and control of foods that are completely protective for the consumer.
The company recently obtained the Blue Stamp for water certification (which appears to be among the best in Italy).
The company goal is to satisfy the needs of consumers more and more, this simple passion has allowed Celiacom in a very short time to become one of the most important Italian gluten free producers.
